In order to book for your IELTS exam in Pakistan you will have to go through an entire process. There are two examining bodies for the IELTS exam: British Council and AEO. There is one IELTS preparation center in Pakistan which is called PACANS.

Submit online application or get application from PACANS preparation center
Take the assessment test
PACANS has the NOC of IELTS, University of Cambridge, College Board to produce online material
Pay Rs 5000 for the 6-week IELTS preparation course

AEO IELTS Booking
Prepare a bank draft in favor of AEO Pakistan
The bank draft should be of Rs 17,000
Fill in the IELTS application form in the AEO Office and submit the bank draft at AEO office
Bring two passport size photographs
Bring two previous education certificates to verify the correct name
British Council IELTS Booking
Submit online application
Deposit money within 5 days of filling the application form
Submit Rs 15,000 in the mentioned branches of Standard Chartered
Bring two passport size photographs along with the printout of the application which is in the mail
Put it in the British Council drop box in the Standard chartered Bank
