TOEFL or IELTS in Pakistan
I want to go to Canada. Which one is better TOEFL or IELTS? I called PACANS academy and they told me that I should ask the university in which I am applying. Then I also talked to Mr. Umar Khan and he told me that the TOEFL would be a better choice because TOEFL is more acceptable in Canada and USA.
