Paragraph on good habits
There are two good habits every person should have. Firstly, people should try to sleep early so that they could have enough rest for the next day. It has been seen that those people who do not have enough rest at night remain lethargic and sluggish the next day. Secondly, people should form a habit of doing exercise every day. Though it is not very easy to do exercise, we should form the habit of doing it.
