there are many people working in the big multinational companies who do not know how to speak very good English. for one reason or the other they were not able to improve their English. they has very good skills and are very qualified in their jobs, but only because of not knowing perfect English their chances of promotion are reduced.
I am going to tell you the main problems they are facing in their jobs because of English
1. e-mail problem
Email is the most common tool of communication for both internal and external information sharing. These people find it hard to communicate their ideas in the proper way.
2. Presentation
The companies require their employees to give presentation in English. These professionals find it very hard to give their presentation in English.
3. Interviews
most of the interviews in Pakistan are conducted in English. I have seen people getting very good jobs only because they were fluent in English, and this is not fair for the people who have more experience in their fields and still do not get jobs because their English was wear
